Citizen Culture: The Magazine for the Young Intellectual [Submission Guidelines]

Citizen CultureSub mission Guidelines

Citizen Culture Magazine is a general-interest, nationally distributed, monthly literary magazine—not a journal. We welcome excellent writing of all types and styles, in accordance with our Editorial Calendar. The Magazine is designed to be an intelligent source for traditional and investigative journalism, cultural reviews (including film, food, books, and theatre), social commentary and ideological debate, personality profiles, humor writing, fiction, poetry, and original photography, cartoons, and art. Every month we run a several-page-length photo/art essay. We subscribe to no agenda and profess no bias; but believe that controversy breeds interested readership.
