Carnivore/DCS1000's Siblings: Echelon, RIP, and more
Carnivore isn't the only unconstitutional mass invasion of privacy out there.
Echelon: A shrouded-in-mystery multinational spy network that
supposedly captures around 60% of world communications, and scans for
"dangerous" keywords. Little is known about Echelon, and the worst is
feared by many.
